wellness
Explore simple ways to support your health and vitality.
We believe lasting health begins with simple, meaningful practices like breathing well, moving with ease, and receiving care that’s truly personal.

Nasal Breathing
Supports restful sleep, better focus, stronger immunity, and proper facial development — especially important for growing children.

Tongue Posture
Supports a stable bite and straighter teeth. It promotes nasal breathing, improves speech clarity, and encourages correct swallowing.

Lip Seal
Promotes nasal breathing, stabilizes the jaw, and helps prevent mouth breathing and associated dysfunctions.

Swallowing Function
Improves swallowing mechanics by teaching proper tongue posture.
Addresses issues like tongue thrust, which can impact dental alignment, speech and even nourishment.

VitaActive
This program is designed for older adults and focuses on four key functions: nasal breathing, lip seal, tongue posture, and swallowing. Using gentle Myofunctional Therapy exercises, it helps strengthen the tongue and upper airway muscles to support clearer speech, easier breathing, and safer swallowing.
BENEFITS
As we age, muscle tone can decline, leading to issues like snoring, sleep apnea, and swallowing difficulties. This simple, noninvasive approach helps maintain orofacial strength and well-being.
DURATION
VitaActive is an intensive 12-week program.

This course is offered online and designed to fit into your routine.
